About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support our Project Management team in developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for EPC/Manufacturing/Fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage project schedules (L1–L5).
  • Monitor progress, analyze critical paths, and update schedules.
  • Perform resource loading, risk analysis, and look-ahead planning.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project deliverables.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
  • Integrate planning with installation timelines for mechanical and structural works.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of EPC project planning & integrated schedule management.
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 & MS Project.
  • Experience in mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and schedule risk assessment is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate Engineer with 4+ years of experience OR Diploma Engineer with 6+ years in Planning/Project Controls.
  • Background in Mechanical/Production/Electrical Engineering preferred.
