Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive level Counter Sales professional to join our team at JUST IN TIME. The position is based at our locations in Mumbai, Thane, Vashi, Ghatkopar, and Colaba. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales, focusing on luxury retail. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales environment with a focus on retail.
  • Proven expertise in communication with a capacity to engage customers and foster interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficiency in luxury sales, adept at understanding high-end retail dynamics and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling, capable of increasing purchase value by recommending additional items.
  • Extensive product knowledge to effectively educate and assist customers, ensuring an informed purchase decision.
  • Customer service orientation, committed to delivering excellent service and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Sales skills (Mandatory skill), necessary for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn and assimilate new product lines, keeping up-to-date with the latest arrivals.

  • Greet and engage customers with a welcoming demeanor, providing a delightful shopping experience from the onset.
  • Expertly showcase and explain features of luxury watch models to customers for them to make informed choices.
  • Drive sales by effectively implementing upselling techniques, recommending products to complement customer purchases.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications and updates to offer accurate information.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a focus on efficient resolution.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective planning and strategic approach.
  • Ensure proper merchandise presentation and stock upkeep, contributing to a visually appealing store environment.
