To operate and monitor equipment and processes involved in the production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, dryers, mills, and filters.
Charge raw materials and intermediates into reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other processing equipment.
Monitor and record process parameters (temperature, pressure, pH, etc.) during batch processing.
Maintain accurate production records, logs, and checklists.
Report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly.
Record deviations and report to the shift in-charge or production manager.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Follow all safety procedures including use of PPE and incident reporting.
Handle hazardous chemicals with proper care and adhere to MSDS guidelines.
