Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in statutory and internal audits, including documentation and drafting of audit reports

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements as per applicable accounting standards

  • Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and income tax compliances

  • Support in finalization of accounts and periodic MIS reporting

  • Perform reconciliations of bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company accounts

  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Support senior CAs in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Assist in filing ROC forms and other corporate secretarial work (if applicable)

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors as required

Key Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of accounting standards, direct & indirect tax laws, and audit procedures

  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • High level of integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • CA Inter cleared (Both Groups preferred)

  • Completed articleship training under a recognized CA firm

  • B.Com or equivalent undergraduate degree (preferred but not mandatory)
