Our People With over 1,500 team members across 15+ countries, we operate in a global, remote-first environment. We are building more than software; we are building a global community rooted in creativity, collaboration, and impact. We take pride in cultivating a culture where innovation thrives, ideas are celebrated, and people come first, no matter where they call home.
Our Impact As of mid 2025, our platform powers over 1.5 billion messages, helps generate over 200 million leads, and facilitates over 20 million conversations for the more than 2 million businesses we serve each month. Behind those numbers are real people growing their companies, connecting with customers, and making their mark - and we get to help make that happen.
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – VoiceAI to lead the next chapter of one of HighLevel's fastest-growing product areas. VoiceAI powers real-time conversations for thousands of businesses every day — responding to leads, booking appointments, filling forms, launching automations mid-conversation, and delivering human-like, intelligent experiences over voice.
Your mission: build a better product, make smarter product strategy choices, and accelerate product-led growth. You'll define what each of those means — from improving conversational accuracy and latency, to expanding use cases and driving organic adoption. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of AI, communications, and user experience, and is eager to shape the future of how businesses engage with customers using voice.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the VoiceAI product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with HighLevel's platform and business goals. - Drive a clear vision for the future of AI-driven voice communication, blending conversational intelligence, reliability, and growth. - Identify and prioritize opportunities that will deliver measurable impact on adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Shape VoiceAI's evolution from a conversational tool into a core platform capability used across industries and use cases.
Product Planning and Roadmap - Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and proof-of-concept to scaling and optimization. - Partner with Engineering, Design, and AI teams to deliver experiences that balance natural conversation, speed, and automation depth. - Ensure reliability and scalability across thousands of daily conversations by collaborating closely with infrastructure and quality teams. - Identify new growth opportunities such as outbound AI agents, multilingual support, or voice-powered workflows.
Product-Led Growth - Drive activation, retention, and expansion by creating frictionless onboarding, usage loops, and viral growth mechanics. - Partner with Product Marketing and Data teams to build in-product growth funnels and conversion optimization experiments. - Use customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to refine strategy and amplify usage at scale.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis - Define and track key VoiceAI metrics such as call success rate, average latency, conversation accuracy, and engagement depth. - Continuously analyze user feedback, competitive trends, and internal data to inform prioritization and evolution of the product. - Maintain a clear balance between innovation and reliability to ensure exceptional user experience at scale.
Stakeholder Communication - Communicate product direction, milestones, and outcomes clearly to executives and cross-functional teams. - Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Support, Implementation, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and delivery. - Serve as the subject matter expert for VoiceAI internally and externally.
Qualifications 6–10 years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in AI, communications, or automation products. Demonstrated success in building and scaling conversational AI, voice, or telephony-based products. Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, or voice technologies and how they integrate into SaaS environments. Proven ability to translate user problems into product strategy and execution plans. Experience in data-informed decision-making and experiment-driven growth. Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills across technical and non-technical teams.
What We're Looking For Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture, define the "why," and align execution around clear outcomes. Builder's Mindset: You love shaping 0→1 and 1→N products — combining creativity with operational excellence. User Advocate: You empathize deeply with users and care about designing voice experiences that feel human. Data-Driven: You use insights, not instincts, to drive prioritization and product decisions. Bias for Action: You move fast, learn fast, and iterate faster. Collaborative Leader: You can rally teams around ambitious goals while ensuring accountability and alignment.
Why Join HighLevel Work at the cutting edge of AI + communications, building technology that helps millions of SMBs scale human connection. Be part of a fast-moving, customer-obsessed product organization that values speed, learning, and impact. Thrive in a remote-first, global culture that rewards ownership and innovation.
