Job Summary:

The Junior Cashier is responsible for handling cash, credit, and other types of transactions in jeweller while providing excellent customer service. This entry-level position ensures the accuracy of transactions and supports daily financial operations in a jewellery shop .

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Answer customer questions related to pricing, products, or promotions.
• Report any discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or technical issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling.
• Assist in stocking shelves, tagging products, or other tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or Graduation degree.
• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is a plus
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹12,000.00 per month
