Digital Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Contribute to full-funnel performance strategies – audience research, segmentation, and retargeting.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPL.

  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and user flows to improve conversions.

  • Work with design, content, and analytics teams for cohesive campaigns.

  • Track KPIs and prepare reports using Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Looker Studio.

  • Stay ahead with AI-driven workflows for WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push, and on-site automation.

  • Support client onboarding, requirement collection, and first-level client handling.

  • Assist in project management tasks to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.

What You Bring

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid ads.

  • Strong command of:

  • Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

  • Google Analytics (UA & GA4)

  • Keyword Planner & campaign optimization tools

  • Microsoft Office & Google Suite

  • Strong interest in new technologies, AI-driven reporting, and automation.

  • Basic project management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and first-level client handling skills.

  • Sharp analytical mindset with attention to detail.
