Role/Requirement:

Test Lead Oracle Retail RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/Foundation/ Smart Item Hub Module

Grade C1

Experience 6 to 9 years

Main Responsibilities

• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
• Provide Project Status to the Project Manager
• Work assignment of test team
• Working closely with BAs, functional lead and Development team.
• Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement/release
• Design Test scenarios and Test Cases
• Bug Tracking and Reporting
• Communicate effectively with client, multifunctional team, developers, and Off shore team

Skills Needed

• Very client focused with regards to service delivery
• Experience in Retail Domain
• Experience in Oracle Retail RMS/ReSA/RPM/ReIM/Foundation/ Smart Item Hub Module testing
• Test plan preparation
• Strong written and communication skills
• Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
• Ability to interact with technical team to convert functional requirement to test specs.
• Must have excellent written and communication skills.
• Experienced in preparing test data, Preparation of test cases and Test execution
• Very client focused with regards to service delivery

Nice to have

• Good people/interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
• Capable of working under a fast pace and dynamic working environment
• Experience in Responsive Testing
• Good knowledge of testing tools used in industries today.

• Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
• Work experience in Smoke Testing, Functionality Testing, GUI Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Sanity Testing

• Design Test scenarios and Test Cases
• Execute Test Cases
• Manage Bug Tracking and Reporting
• Provide work Status to test lead
• Communicate effectively with client, multifunctional team, developers, and Off shore team

• Overall good experience in Manual testing
• Must have experience in Retail Domain.
• Experience in testing Oracle Retail Foundation/ Smart Item Hub module.
• Ability to interact with technical team to convert functional requirement to test specs.
• Experienced in preparing test data, Preparation of test cases and Test execution
• Very client focused with regards to service delivery
