Mental Health Counselor

Career Guidance & Student Support

• Conduct one-on-one and group career counselling sessions to guide students on academic and career pathways.
• Assess student interests, strengths, and aptitudes using psychometric tools.
• Provide customized career roadmaps, skill recommendations, and stream selection support.
• Address students' emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns through structured counseling.

Mental Health & Well-Being

• Identify stress, anxiety, peer pressure, and other mental health concerns early.
• Offer solutions through counseling, coping strategies, and well-being interventions.
• Conduct awareness sessions on emotional intelligence, resilience, bullying, self-esteem, and social skills.
• Refer cases to clinical professionals when required.

Training Delivery

• Deliver interactive workshops on career planning, soft skills, life skills, and mental health awareness.
• Facilitate sessions on confidence-building, communication, stress management, and motivation.
• Ensure age-appropriate and engaging teaching-learning methodologies.
• Measure session effectiveness and maintain training records.

Content Development

• Develop training modules, counseling handbooks, SOPs, and student-friendly resource materials.
• Create presentations, assessments, activity sheets, and digital content for workshops.
• Design mental health toolkits and career guidance curriculum aligned with educational standards.
• Update content regularly based on emerging careers, market trends, and student needs.

Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
• Prepare reports, case notes, progress summaries, and action plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines in counseling.

Program Implementation & Monitoring

• Support implementation of school well-being programs and career guidance frameworks.
• Track student progress, follow up on cases, and recommend interventions.
• Evaluate program impact and identify areas for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
