Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital and print materials including social media posts, website banners, ads, infographics, brochures, reels, and other marketing collateral.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos such as promotional campaigns, product demos, tutorials, event coverage, and internal communication pieces.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, ensuring consistency in brand identity.
  • Apply graphics, sound effects, music, and other enhancements to video content for maximum impact.
  • Create short promotional and recap videos for various events and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Optimize content for social media platforms to ensure best performance.
  • Maintain organized design and video files for easy access and archiving.
  • Stay up to date with design and video trends, new tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CorelDRAW
    .
  • Strong understanding of video editing, colour correction, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in creating motion graphics, visual effects, and engaging multimedia content.
  • Ability to design visually compelling creatives tailored for different platforms.
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and aesthetics.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
