- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as required.
- Maintain records of visitors and telephone logs.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed.
- Assist with basic clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
