Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Steward role located in South Goa. The Steward will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring proper food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas. The role also involves supporting the food preparation team, attending to guests' needs, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Knowledge and experience in food and beverage service, including proper handling and presentation standards.
• Ability to assist in training team members and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Experience in food service and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing a high-quality guest experience.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus.
