We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation & Travel Assistant to manage hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, with good knowledge of MS Excel and office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle hotel bookings, travel reservations, and itinerary planning.
  • Coordinate with travel vendors, hotels, and clients for smooth arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Provide support in preparing travel-related reports and expense statements.
  • Draft and manage emails and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Assist with general administrative and office tasks when required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Basic knowledge of travel/hotel booking procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other office tools.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
