Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable Agronomist Trainer to train and develop our team of Agri Advisors. The role involves equipping advisors with technical expertise, and communication skills so they can effectively guide farmers on modern farming practices, fertilizer use, and crop management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train Agri Advisors on soil health, crop nutrition, fertilizer application, and sustainable agriculture practices.
  • Conduct structured training programs, workshops, and refresher sessions for Agri Advisors.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals for easy understanding.
  • Mentor and guide advisors on handling farmer queries and providing accurate crop advisory.
  • Evaluate Agri Advisors' knowledge and provide regular feedback for improvement.
  • Organize field visits, demo plots, and practical sessions for experiential learning.
  • Coordinate with management, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure updated technical training content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
