Job Description:

Own and drive large-scale data engineering programs end-to-end, from requirements to delivery. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including client technology and business teams, to define program goals and ensure alignment with business objectives. Architect scalable, robust, and secure data solutions leveraging modern data platforms (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).Lead cross-functional teams comprising data engineers, architects, analysts, and project managers. Ensure adherence to best practices in data architecture, ETL/ELT development, data quality, and data governance. Oversee budgeting, resource planning, delivery timelines, and program KPIs. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; provide timely resolutions Drive continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and adoption of modern tech stacks. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.

Must Have: 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with at least 3–5 years in program or delivery leadership roles. Certified expertise in cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Data Lake, GCP Big Query, Snowflake).Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools, data pipelines, and data warehousing (e.g., Apache Airflow, DBT, Informatica, Talend).Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and programming languages such as Python or Scala. Deep understanding of data architecture patterns, including batch and streaming pipelines. Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar programs with global delivery teams.

Strong program/project management skills – Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus.

Exceptional client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in analytics platforms or tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).Experience in managing offshore/onshore teamsPrior consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients.Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in the data environment

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or a related field12+ years of hands-on experience
