We need Auto Mechanic-

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair:

  Conduct thorough inspections and use diagnostic tools to identify and pinpoint mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles.

• Preventative Maintenance:

  Perform routine services such as oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and tire rotations to ensure vehicle safety and longevity.

• Parts Replacement:

  Repair or replace worn or broken vehicle parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components.

• System Testing:

  Test vehicle systems, parts, and components to ensure proper functionality after repairs.

• Customer Communication:

  Explain vehicle issues, repair processes, and preventative maintenance tips to customers.

• Record Keeping:

  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all vehicle services performed and customer information.

• Shop Maintenance:

  Keep the work area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary tools and supplies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency:

  Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of how various vehicle systems (engine, electrical, brakes, etc.) work.

• Diagnostic Abilities:

  Ability to diagnose complex problems using both computerized and manual methods.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine the root cause of issues.

• Manual Dexterity:

  Good physical coordination and the ability to work in potentially tight spaces.

• Communication:

  Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
