We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in AI-driven Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and core Salesforce technologies. This role involves building intelligent workflows, integrating AI capabilities, and driving automation within Sales Cloud to enhance productivity and sales efficiency. The candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce AI solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Einstein Copilot and Agentforce within Sales Cloud to improve productivity, streamline sales processes, and enhance decision-making.

- Develop AI-driven workflows, copilots, and intelligent assistants tailored to business use cases.

- Analyze meeting notes, sales activities, events, and productivity data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Sales, Service, and Marketing domains.

- Integrate Salesforce AI capabilities with key Salesforce platforms including : CRM Analytics (CRMA) Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Pardot (Account Engagement)

- Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, scalability, and performance for AI-powered Salesforce applications.

- Work closely with data and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of custom components and AI workflows.

- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge-sharing on Salesforce AI innovations and development best practices.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, especially new Einstein and Agentforce capabilities, and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4- 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM Analytics (CRMA).

- Strong understanding of Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, and Salesforce AI tools.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with FSC and Pardot platforms.

- Good understanding of data modeling, workflow automation, and API integrations.

- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, machine learning concepts, or NLP-based automation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

- Salesforce Developer or AI Specialist certifications are highly preferred.
