Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Website Telecalling Executive to join our team in our Kolkata office. This is an on-site role, where the executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone and providing detailed information about our web solutions and services. Key responsibilities include answering client queries, managing telecommunication tasks, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in meeting business goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with proficiency in telecalling
- Basic knowledge of website design, development, and digital marketing concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software is an advantage
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively
