About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on E-commerce Manager who can drive revenue and growth across all digital selling platforms. You'll be responsible for scaling Vitagoli across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and our D2C website ) — working closely with our brand, inventory, and ads teams to grow sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Marketplace Growth (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.)
• Own sales, listing, pricing, stock, and revenue targets for each platform
• Run and manage campaigns within platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)
• Coordinate with creative + copy team to optimize PDPs and A+ content
• Manage promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, BBD/NYK sale planning
• Track buy box, inventory alerts, returns, and pricing competitiveness
• Collaborate with marketplace POCs to resolve issues and boost visibility

• Ensure top-performing SKUs, bundles, and upsells are always live and updated
• Coordinate quiz flows, product page optimization, cross-sell/up-sell logic
• Track conversions, average order value (AOV), and funnel performance
• Work with the WhatsApp + retention team to drive high LTV and repeat orders
• Liaise with Meta/Google ad team to ensure product/offer sync with campaigns
• Suggest and execute product bundling, pricing tweaks, or merchandising shifts based on user behavior
Requirements:
•
5+ years experience in managing e-commerce across marketplaces + Shopify/D2C
• Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa Panel
• Worked on internal platform ad tools (Amazon PPC, Flipkart PLA, Nykaa brand ads)
• Analytical: Skilled at using Excel/Sheets for inventory, pricing, and sales analysis
• Knows how to use UGC, reviews, offers, and A+ content to improve CVR
• Comfortable coordinating across brand, inventory, creative, CRM, and ad teams
