ROLE:
To foster a positive and inclusive online environment by identifying and removing content that promotes Hate Speech & Harassment or any other form of abuse.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- To review the complex videos and take the decisive action
- Consistent, high-quality scores, minimum expectation is 95%
- Understanding the customer requirement and able to work independently
- Providing the solution to meet the customer requirements
- Candidate should have advanced problem solving and escalation skills
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness: To understand and respect diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- Attention to detail: To accurately review large volumes of content and identify subtle nuances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Perception to Perspective: To have unbiased approach while reviewing the content
Education Qualification:
Only UG or PG Graduates are eligible to apply (Results pending/pursuing candidates would not be eligible/without university issued documents are not eligible).
OTHER DETAILS:
- Relevant Experience in content moderation (Harassment or Hate speech) more than 15 months
- Please carry updated resume.
- Work from Office.
- 2-way transport availability.
