CDP / DCDP - ( Continental)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CDP/DCDP to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham, with 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies, ensuring efficient resource use.
• Implement effective menu planning and pricing strategies to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and health and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
