Role Overview

We are seeking a Frontend Developer (React & ) with strong expertise in building real-time chatbot interfaces and interactive dashboards.

You will collaborate with our product and backend teams to develop responsive, high-performance web applications integrated with FastAPI-based backends.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, interactive, and dynamic UIs and has hands-on experience with API integration, Postman testing, and Agile workflows.

Location Preference: Candidates from Varanasi, India or nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain / web applications with responsive, mobile-first design principles.
  • Build real-time chatbot interfaces and data dashboards with smooth transitions, animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket endpoints from backend systems (Python/FastAPI).
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman to ensure seamless frontend–backend integration.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert designs (Figma/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
  • Optimize frontend performance, ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and team standups, delivering features on schedule.
  • Maintain clean, modular, and reusable components following best frontend practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in frontend development using and
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and component-based architecture.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs/WebSockets and testing with Postman.
  • Good understanding of Python/FastAPI endpoints and data handling (for frontend integration only).
  • Solid grasp of responsive design, state management (Redux/Context), and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodology.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building chatbot UIs, real-time dashboards, or interactive analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of Framer Motion, micro-animations, and modern interaction design.
  • Strong eye for UI/UX, with experience collaborating with designers.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS frontend design.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Jest or React Testing Library.
