Role Description

This role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Key tasks include developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and providing training and support for new hires. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will be required to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication
  • Skills in Training and onboarding new employees
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
