Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester with strong experience in the Payments domain, particularly in SWIFT, SEPA, MX-MT message formats, and Cross-Border Payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating payment workflows, ensuring message compliance, and supporting end-to-end testing of financial transactions across global systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for payment systems including SWIFT, SEPA, and Cross-Border Payments.
  • Validate MX and MT message formats and ensure compliance with ISO 20022 standards.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing across payment platforms.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand payment flows and system architecture.
  • Analyze and report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to test deployments involving Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SWIFT payment messages (MT103, MT202, etc.) and MX formats.
  • Experience with SEPA credit transfers and direct debits.
  • Knowledge of Cross-Border Payment workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022 standards and message validation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Java-based automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured).
  • Exposure to Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
