Must Have Skills :

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  

• Extensive hands-on experience in developing custom plugins and PCF components.
  

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  

• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing solutions with complex business logic.
  

• Solid understanding of Dataflows and their application in data transformation and integration.
  

• Proficient in creating compelling and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  

• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform solution architecture, including security, governance, and ALM best practices.
  

• Experience with C# and the .NET Framework for plugin development.
  

Good to Have Skills :

• Familiarity with web development technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for PCF development.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Dataflows, and Power BI.
  

• Complex Logic & Development: Develop and implement complex business logic using a variety of tools and techniques, including:
  

  • Plugins and Custom Workflows: Author, register, and debug plugins to extend the functionality of Dataverse and implement complex server-side logic.
    

  • Power Apps Component Framework (PCF): Design, build, and deploy custom PCF controls to create enhanced and tailored user experiences in Power Apps.
    

  • Power Automate: Create intricate and efficient workflows to automate complex business processes, including error handling, parallel branches, and integration with various connectors and APIs.
    

• Dataverse & Data Management:
  

  • Design and model data structures within Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalability.
    

  • Implement and manage Dataflows for data preparation, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources into Dataverse.
