Currently Hiring for the Customer Support Executive For Domestic Voice Process- Banking Sector

Who is eligible?

Freshers candidate

Graduation is mandatory

2025 pass out with all the semester results and original graduation documents is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to banking products and services
  • Maintain call logs and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards

Work Location Tidel Park, Pattabiram, Chennai

Note: ( No opening for Tamil )

Language Proficiency

Candidates must be fluent in:

  • English & Hindi
  • English & Kannada
  • English & Malayalam

Work Schedule

  • Workdays: 6 days in a week
  • Shifts: 24/7 rotational shift timing which includes night shift
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off
  • Work Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)

Salary package 19k ctc - 23k ctc based on the performance
