About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software and web development projects within defined timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirement gathering to final delivery.

  2. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  3. Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

  4. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, ensuring timely resolutions.

  5. Maintain proper documentation and ensure project standards are met.

  6. Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients.

  7. Collaborate closely with the technical team to align deliverables with business objectives.

  8. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. 1–3 years of experience managing IT or software development projects.

  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum preferred).

  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  5. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic understanding of web or mobile technologies (e.g., React, Laravel, WordPress, Flutter, etc.) is a plus.
