    • Design & Drafting:

  • Ensure designs align with brand standards, store functionality, and customer experience objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize designs and obtain necessary approvals.

  • Site Recce & Supervision:

  • Conduct on-site surveys to gather accurate measurements and assess site conditions.

  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure alignment between design and execution.
  • Monitor the progress of site work to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.

  • Visual Merchandising Support:

  • Assist in planning and implementing effective in-store visual merchandising strategies.

  • Optimize space usage to create attractive and customer-friendly displays that reflect the brand's identity.
  • Regularly refresh store layouts and displays to maintain visual appeal.
Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and lighting in retail spaces.
  • Prior experience in retail store design or visual merchandising is preferred.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams and contractors.
  • Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
  • Having minimum 2years experience.
  • Retail industry designing is more considered.
  • Communication skill (Hindi,English)
