Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Lead – Claim Processing based in Noida. The role involves overseeing end-to-end claim processing workflows, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing and improving operational efficiency, monitoring claims to ensure timely resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues, and guiding the team in proper documentation and communication processes. The Operations Lead will also lead process mapping, oversee team performance, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in claim processing, managing operational workflows, and quality control
  • Experience in effective team leadership and coordination
  • Proficiency in documentation processes and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
  • Ability to analyze processes for improvements and implement solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of digital tools and systems used in claim processing
  • Healthcare or operations management-related qualifications are a plus
  • Proven track record in handling high-volume, time-sensitive work
