Responsibilities

  • Design HVAC systems for Dry Rooms, Labs, Hospitals, Clean Rooms, Commercial & Residential buildings, STPs, Pump Rooms, Car Parks, and more.
  • Ensure designs meet standards like LEED, IGBC, ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, BS, ECBC, AHRI, ISO, etc.
  • Execute system designs using HAP or manual methods.
  • Develop air-cooled/water-cooled chiller systems, cooling towers, AHUs, and VRF systems.
  • Prepare detailed drawings (tender, GFC, shop, coordination, as-built) using AutoCAD.
  • Design HVAC-related electrical SLDs.
  • Perform duct sizing using Equal Friction, Velocity Reduction, and Static Regain methods (manual/software).
  • Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and ensure alignment with project progress.

Qualifications

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in HVAC design engineering.

Required Skills

  • Strong command over industry standards and HVAC software tools.
  • Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
