Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Professional to contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, with the ability to create and manage impactful campaigns, analyze performance data, and support overall brand objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Assist in developing and executing BoulderBox's marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities across digital, offline, and community marketing.

Content & Campaigns:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, influencer collaborations).
  • Generate engaging content (photos, videos, stories, blog posts) that reflect the brand's values and lifestyle.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

Community & Events:

  • Coordinate with the events team to promote workshops, competitions, and community initiatives.
  • Drive partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and athletes to grow brand reach.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain BoulderBox's visual and tonal identity across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Ensure all communications are aligned with the brand's ethos of community, fitness, and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for fitness, climbing, or outdoor activities is a big bonus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
