Little Joys
, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parents every year solve for their child's physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygiene and behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Work on business, strategy and execution; own business outcomes; recruit, coach and scale a high-velocity team.

Must-haves

  • 6+ years' experience (category & brand building preferred)

  • Founder/entrepreneur or intrapreneur track record in B2C.

  • Growth mindset, grit, and strong ownership.

  • High emotional resonance with Little Joys customers. (parents)

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and obsessed with doing the small, right things every day.
