About the team:

Payment Strategy and operations remit includes Procure-to-Pay Operations, Partner Payments (Co-brand, Client Incentives, TLS, etc.), First-Line Payment Risk Governance and the Corporate Card, and Travel & Expense Program. Our Procurement & Supplier Payment Operations team is responsible for Disbursements, Colleague Travel and Expense processing, and Partner Payments. Our Analytics and Reporting team provides data-driven insights for GSM processes.

Role Description:

·      Be a part of the team managing operations process (Vendor setup, Purchase order processing, invoice processing and payment, due diligence of invoices / payments due to partners, etc.) involved int the Procure to Pay cycle.

·      The colleague would be required to consistently understand and exceed Customers Requirements whilst always ensuring effective Teamwork.

·      The colleague should be able to maintain High Accuracy and Productivity Standards in compliance to policies and procedures.

Qualifications and skills

·      Should be a Graduate with finance specialization

·      Demonstrates knowledge and application of basic accounting principles

·      Demonstrates analytical skills and basic ability to understand the linkages to processes.

·      Ability to think innovatively and to pursue ideas with conviction.

·      Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Exhibits positive attitude, agility and willingness to learn and develop

Assignment Duration: 12 months
