Job Overview:
We are looking for a Remote Field Recruiter to help us hire delivery personnel for major platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and Rapido. This is a fully remote, target-based job. The recruiter must hire 50 new delivery partners every 10 days. Important Condition: The candidates must NOT have previously worked with the platform they are being hired for. Example: If hiring for Zomato, the candidate must not have worked for Zomato before — but may have worked with Swiggy, Blinkit, or Rapido.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire 50 new delivery partners every 10 days (approx. 150 per month). Source fresh candidates from local areas, WhatsApp groups, job portals, referrals, etc. Ensure each candidate is new to the platform they are being recruited for. Assist candidates with the onboarding & registration process. Collect necessary documents and verify basic eligibility. Maintain accurate hiring records and share daily progress updates.
Eligibility Requirements:
Experience in blue-collar recruitment is preferred. Ability to reach and influence local job seekers (especially gig workers). Must have a smartphone and internet access. Strong Kannada, Hindi and basic English communication skills. Must be self-driven and result-oriented.
Salary & Payment Terms:
₹20,000 per month only if the full monthly target (150 hires) is met. No fixed salary if the target is not achieved. (Optional: Incentives for exceeding the target) Weekly tracking; monthly payment based on final count.
Platform-Specific Hiring Rule:
Candidates must be "Fresh" for the platform.
Hiring for Swiggy → No prior Swiggy experience
Hiring for Zomato → No prior Zomato experience
Hiring for Rapido → No prior Rapido experience
Hiring for Blinkit → No prior Blinkit experience
Candidate with experience in other platforms is acceptable.
