Job Title: Import & Export Documentation Executive( Shipping ,logistics and Freight forwarding) Only

Location: [Mulund]

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on skills & experience)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Industry: Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle complete Import & Export documentation for sea and air shipments.
  • Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and clients for smooth clearance and delivery of cargo.
  • File Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, Invoice, Packing List, and other customs documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to customs and port authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to track shipment status.
  • Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation and correspondence related to import/export procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Export Documentation (both required).
  • Must have worked with a Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics company.
  • Good knowledge of Customs clearance procedures and related documentation.
  • Familiar with CHA coordination, EDI filing, and port operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
