Responsibilities

*Primary Responsibilities:*

  • Service Coordination:Overseeing the service and maintenance of DG sets coordinating with vendors for spare parts, and resolving service issues.
  • Customer Relationship:Managing customer interactions, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with DG set performance.Service the DG Sets at customer location.
  • Technical Expertise:Technically sound and troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on the latest hardware advancements.
  • Installation and Commissioning:Potentially involved in the on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of new DG sets.
  • Performance Management:Monitoring the performance of the DG sets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Root Cause Analysis:Investigating the root cause of issues with DG sets, especially those with significant impact, and collaborating with engineering teams to find resolutions.
