Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Hiring - Team Leader & Process Trainer,
located in New Perungalathur, Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, managing processes, conducting training sessions, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key tasks include team management, facilitating team communication, ensuring adherence to company procedures, and consistently working towards process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Operations Management and Team Management skills
  • Team Leadership and Communication skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a BPO/Customer Support environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
