Responsibilities

  • Optimize and improve existing machine learning models for performance and scalability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML development.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI/ML tools and frameworks into existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI/ML solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of ML models in production environments.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
