Experience: 2-3 years of teaching experience for JEE (Freshers with strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching may also apply).

Responsibilities:

• Conducting engaging and effective chemistry classes for JEE aspirants, covering the syllabus comprehensively.
• Developing and delivering well-structured lesson plans, study materials, and practice assignments.
• Clarifying doubts and providing individual attention to students to ensure conceptual clarity.
• Conducting regular assessments (tests, quizzes) to evaluate student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Motivating and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
• Staying updated with the latest JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and teaching methodologies.
• Participating in curriculum development and contributing to the overall academic growth of the students.
• Mentoring and guiding students on their JEE preparation strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A strong academic background with a Master's degree (M.Sc.) or equivalent in Chemistry. A Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) with exceptional subject knowledge and relevant experience may also be considered.
• Proven ability to teach Chemistry effectively for competitive examinations like JEE.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Chemistry principles.
• Ability to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to explain complex topics in a simplified manner.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms is desirable.
