Role Description

The Assistant Professor role is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in academic activities. This includes preparing and conducting lectures and seminars, evaluating student performance, contributing to the development and implementation of departmental policies, and engaging in professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong teaching abilities and experience in developing and delivering curriculum
  • Proficiency in conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals
  • Mentorship skills and the ability to guide students in academic and professional growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working collaboratively within a team and contributing to departmental initiatives
  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Industry experience or professional certifications related to the field is a plus
