Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the study abroad sector.
• Promote international education programs to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct visits to colleges, institutions, and other lead sources to generate inquiries.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Work closely with the counseling team to ensure smooth student conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business/Education preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, student recruitment, or education services in study abroad industry
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for institutional visits and outreach activities.
