Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Ensure application stability by effectively handling Crashes & ANRs.
  • Integrate and manage Firebase services.
  • Work with background services & threads to optimize app performance.
  • Implement and manage Android lifecycle for better memory and resource management.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve app performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills :

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Kotlin and Android development.
  • Strong understanding of Firebase services and their integration.
  • Experience in handling ANR (Application Not Responding) and crashes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Android lifecycle and memory management.
  • Expertise in Threading, Coroutines, and Background Services.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or other architectural patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing for feature optimization and user experience improvements.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Kotlin or Jetpack Compose.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes for Android apps.
  • Knowledge of Unit Testing and UI Testing.
  • Published apps on Google Play Store.
