Accounting & Finance:

  • Assist with bookkeeping, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Support preparation of VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Assist with accounts preparation and basic management accounts
  • Process purchase and sales invoices (AP & AR)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers
  • Handle expenses, petty cash, and supplier queries
  • Support month-end processes and journal postings

Internal Operations & Improvements:

  • Contribute to process improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency
  • Maintain and update internal documentation and procedures
  • Assist with general admin duties and support across departments as required

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Finance Admin role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable making business development calls and following up with clients
  • Confident using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPs, filters, basic formulas)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn across different areas of the business

Qualifications Required:

  • Post-graduation in an accounting or finance-related field
  • Partly qualified ACCA or CA (or actively pursuing qualification)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and UK VAT regulations

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
