Job Role Overview:

Koustuv Group of Institutions (KGI) is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in , , JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Strapi & Photoshop, who will work closely with our Digital Marketing & IT teams. The selected candidate will build, enhance, and maintain modern, scalable digital platforms, web applications, and internal systems. Experience required 2 to 5 yrs.

Responsibilities to Perform:

· Design, develop, and maintain high-performance website and applications using and

· Build structured backend systems and headless CMS using Strapi.

· Develop database models, queries, and API integrations using MySQL.

· Create and convert UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive interfaces.

· Collaborate with the digital team to build landing pages and campaign-based micro-sites.

· Integrate third-party services & APIs to support digital products.

· Manage deployment, version control and maintain documentation.

· Conduct regular debugging, performance optimisation and security enhancements.

· Work with Photoshop for minor graphic adjustments and web asset optimization.

· Ensure code quality, maintainability and scalability.

· Work closely with Digital Marketers to identify and implement search engine required adaptability.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA or equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with server-side rendering & caching strategies.

· Understanding of security best practices & data management.

· Knowledge of cloud deployment.

· Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.

· Prior experience in EdTech or institutional digital transformation projects.
