Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer at Chat360, you will be responsible for building and managing

scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure that powers our chatbot and voice Bot

platform. You'll automate deployment pipelines, monitor system performance, and ensure

smooth delivery of new features with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Management

Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Cloud Infrastructure

Deploy and manage cloud environments (AWS/GCP) for scalable bot services.

Monitoring & Alerts

Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for platform uptime and performance.

Automation & Scripting

Automate infrastructure tasks using Shell, Python, or other scripting languages.

Security & Compliance

Enforce best practices in data security, access control, and DevSecOps.

Containerization

Manage containerized services using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Backup & Recovery

Implement disaster recovery plans, backups, and failover strategies.

Key Skills & Requirements

● 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or cloud engineering roles.

● Strong knowledge of AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform or similar IaC tools.

● Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

● Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.

● Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.

● Understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and SSL/TLS.

● Bonus: Experience supporting SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
