E-Commerce Executive

The company runs a Pet Food brand that primarily runs on e-commerce based sales model. We are now looking for an E-commerce executive to join us on a rewarding career journey.

• The executive is required manage the e-commerce and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery for orders received via e-commerce platforms and social media pages.
• Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, and images across other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Monitor product stock, pricing, and promotional offers regularly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues on time.
• Regularly communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor pricing, and new platform features.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid (In person and partly remote working is possible)
