Role Description
Events

  • Collaborate with Production, Operations, Client Servicing, and Concept teams to develop creative and visually impactful event designs.
  • Deliver complete design solutions including invites, sets/backdrops, entrances, props, mementos, and trophies.
  • Independently manage design projects from concept to final execution as per client briefs.
  • Ensure all design outputs align with production standards and coordinate with vendors/production teams on sizes, formats, and materials.
  • Maintain organized archives and backups of all design artworks.

Advertising

  • Design and develop creative assets for both print and digital platforms including newspapers, outdoor media, brochures, posters, danglers, leaflets, and emailers.
  • Conceptualize and execute advertising ideas that balance strong visual appeal with compelling copy.
  • Create logos, branding elements, and layout designs for various publications and marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple design deliverables simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and quality output.

Vendor Management

  • Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate printing and flawless execution of artworks.
  • Oversee production processes across digital, offset, and outdoor mediums to maintain design integrity.

  • Experience in the
    events, entertainment, or media industry
    will be an added advantage.
