Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipeline development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes orchestration, Jenkins, Maven, and Helm charts to streamline and automate software delivery processes, ensuring high availability and scalability of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters for containerized applications. 

    Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Utilize Maven for project build management and dependency handling. 

    Create and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployment and version control.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and container environments.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to facilitate continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
  • Implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and configuration management.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and cost efficiency within Azure and OpenShift environments.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and container orchestration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with a focus on Azure cloud platform.
  • Hands-on experience with RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
  • Strong expertise in CI/CD tooling, especially Jenkins and Maven.
  • Proficient in creating and managing Helm charts for Kubernetes application deployment.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., ARM templates, Terraform) is advantageous.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a bonus.
