Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional to lead and enhance our ERM function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial, strategic, operational, and compliance risks within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and evaluate risks across financial, strategic, operational, and compliance domains.
  • Analyse risks based on likelihood and impact to build a comprehensive overview of the organization's risk landscape.
  • Develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Collaborate with ERM Champions to integrate risk management practices into day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses on risk exposures for senior management.
  • Maintain and regularly update risk registers, dashboards, and risk communication tools.
  • Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management framework, including methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve risk management practices to ensure effectiveness against emerging threats.

B. Tech or a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Economics/Statistics with MBA in Finance.

Certifications like FRM, PRM, CFA, or CA are highly desirable.
