We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer Creo-Parametric with 3-6 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai Location. Key Skills: Creo, Sheetmetal, Teamcenter, GD&T, PLM/PDM, Small Wheel Loader and Medium Wheel Loaders. This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Products Works on : Small Wheel Loader and Medium Wheel Loaders.
  • Skills Required: CREO 4.0, TCE (PLM/PDM).
  • Should have at least 3-6 years of Construction and Heavy Machinery industry knowledge
  • Design and development of Wheel loader attachments, like Buckets, Couplers, Blades and Fork grapples for several applications Etc.
  • Conceptualizing (Modelling) the scope of work with given data and clear instructions.
  • Strong Design experience in structures, sheet metal.
  • Experience to handle engineering changes in product life cycle. (Preferably in Teamcenter).
  • Checking and validating the final design with client and making note of additional requirement/change points at the time.
  • Uploading the Product Draw of each files as per the client instructions and doing the model cleanup activities.
  • Basic knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
  • Creo – Parametric, Sheet metal, assembly and drafting.
  • GD&T Knowledge.
  • Teamcenter.
  • Work experiences from Heavy/construction/Mining/Earthmoving industries.
